All of the following materials must be in the school office prior to final admission:
Completed application, including registration fees and tuition to date Tennessee Department of Health School Immunization CertificationCopy of Birth certificateKindergarten Readiness Assessment (obtained from preschool) or most recent standardized test scores and report card (1st - 12th grades)All registration fees and tuition to dateEntrance testing is required of all incoming K-12 students.Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 31.
First grade students must be 6 years old by August 31.
No exceptions can be made.
